I think the big circles work better than the smaller circles. I like the negative spacing that the bigger circles provide.
As far as the stitching at the bottom of the stationery (for the front design), I don't think it's needed there. Unless you can figure a way to bring a relationship with that and the circles. I know the stitching matches with the pocket logo, but besides that I don't see a relationship.
For the stripes with the stitching: I really like it. :) I think it makes it more popping and interesting. And the relationship with the stripes and the bottom design for stationery works, they're connecting.
Have you thought about maybe making the back of the stationery interesting with the stitching? I don't know exactly what to do, but it could be something to play around until something comes up.
